Appointment Info/ Policies
=I’m located in the Manchester area of Richmond, Va near Commerce Rd & Hull Street!
To receive the exact address text (804) 396-3615 or DM @Gemini.beautyllc the day before your appointment to confirm you are still coming in. The address is not in an automated message, you must contact me to get the address :) Please contact me upon arrival as well!
=All transactions are non-refundable if there are any problems with your service you have two days to reach out to have the problem fixed.
=Please do NOT make an appointment the night before or same day without consulting with me first through TEXT! The appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be kept, no exceptions.
=No Guests are allowed (0) extra seating is unavailable.
=Please come with your hair washed and blow dried with little to no product!!!! Styles $250 and up include a wash and blow dry :) If you are using a discount and the price drops below $250 the wash is no longer included.
=If your hair is short please let me know BEFORE booking to ensure I will be able to grip the length of your hair. For most styles your hair needs to be at least 4 inches.
=Please bring a mask as it will be required during your service (Covid-19 regulations)
= The schedule is up to date! If there are any cancellations a notification will be posted on the our IG story @gemini.beautyllc <3
= Follow the hair page on IG & Tik Tok @gemini.beautyllc to get updates on monthly specials, giveaways, and other discounts! ( Specials, deals, and discounts can NOT be combined)
Late Policy
There is a 10 Minute Grace Period
- After 10 minutes there is a $15 late fee additional to your service (11-15 minutes)
- After 15 minutes there is a $25 late fee additional to your service (16-30 minutes)
- After 30 minutes your appointment will be CANCELED and your deposit will be kept*
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment please text 804-396-3615 or DM @Gemini.beautyllc No Later than 24 Hours in advance of your original appointment to receive a deposit refund. If it is after 24 hours your deposit will be kept.
Payments & Deposits
- All final payments must be paid in
Cash ,Zelle, or Card ONLY
(Card has a 3.5% additional processing fee)
I do NOT use CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, etc*
Deposits are now 20% of your service (included in the total price)

Please be advised that, effective 9/15/25, a processing fee of 3.5% will be applied to all card transactions.
To avoid this fee, payments may be made via cash or Zelle for your remaining balance.
