Please bring a mask as it will be required during your service (Covid-19 regulations) 

Deposit is required to confirm your hair appointment 

              -20%  of your service is required for your appointment 

               - Deposits are included in the price

All final payments must be paid in 

             Cash or Card  

I do not use CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay, etc*

(Card has an additional processing fee) 

There is a 10 Minute Grace Period

• After 10 minutes there is a $15 late fee additional to your service (11-15 minutes)
• After 15 minutes there is a $25 late fee additional to your service (16-30 minutes)

After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be kept*

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please text 804-396-3615 or DM @Gemini.beautyllc No later than 24 Hours in advance of your original appointment to receive a deposit refund. If it is after 24 hours your deposit will be kept. 

All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.You have two days after your service to report any problems with your hair. Please contact me through text message or DM for the quickest response. Any problem will be fixed within two days anything after that I can not help you.
